Due to ill-health, Glyn passed the Managing Director job on to his daughter Nia, and she is now running the business along with Sue as Financial Director. Unfortunately, in 2005, after over 30 years in the electronic and milking machine industry, Glyn Davies died, and the technical mantle passed on to Justin Bernard. Justin has always worked closely with Glyn in the design and testing of new products, and will continue to develop new projects for Davlec Ltd. Steve Ellis, who has been Davlec's Production Manager for over 15 years, is experienced in all levels of assembly and test, from single sided printed circuit boards, through to complex surface mount boards. To ensure that the highest standards are maintained, Davlec has invested in a fully anti-static production area.
