Davlec offers a comprehensive repair service for all of our own manufactured items, with a standard turn around of 21 days. We repair our own items under a 12 month warranty, unless the item has been mistreated or suffered water damage. All repaired items are then covered by a further 6 months warranty period.

If you need a repair quickly, we will do our best to get it back to you within 7 days. However, we also offer a service exchange system for most of our manufactured items. To learn more about the service exchange system, please use the Service menu, or view our FAQ.
