The Service Exchange system is there to help you get back up and running after a hardware failure as quickly as possible. We keep in stock, parts for our most common products, meaning you can request these without waiting for the original unit to be repaired. Once the service unit has been fitted, we do require the original to to returned ASAP so we can repair it ready for someone else. A service exchange costs the same as the repair.

When ordering a Service Exchange unit please make sure you know which version of a product you own. For instance the enclosure(s) some of our products are in have changed over time which means we do need to make sure what we send out matches the base you already have.

Our Fastfeed and Memfeed (original) service lids should be shipped with regulator kits, it is advisable to replace the old one as a precaution as a faulty regulator will cause your new lid to fail.
