Davlec designs and manufactures all of its own products on the same site in Welshpool. This means we have the skills and technology available to design and build a bespoke solution for you, be it an adaptation of our existing products or something completely new.
Our factory was extended to include a purpose built electronics production area, with anti-static flooring, individual workbenches and high end soldering stations in 2002. We can solder conventional components and also have an automated Surface Mount Machine which allows us to place the latest technology accurately and quickly. Davlec has designed products for use both in and outside the Dairy industry and these products are in use today worldwide. Products include Auto-ID systems (RFID), Feeding, Cluster Removal, Cluster Flushing, PC Software, Pulsation, Control Systems, Plantwashing, Environmental Control/Monitoring & links to Knitting machines.
Starting by discussing your requirements with Justin, you can swiftly create an agreed affordable and feasible specification and move to the prototyping stage. Once the prototyping is complete, you can either pay a design fee and take your design to the manufacturer of your choice or keep the manufacturing with us and we will waive the design fee. We can manufacture in batches of almost any size and offer price breaks accordingly. |

The Service Exchange system is there to help you get back up and running after a hardware failure as quickly as possible. We keep in stock, parts for our most common products, meaning you can request these without waiting for the original unit to be repaired. Once the service unit has been fitted, we do require the original to to returned ASAP so we can repair it ready for someone else. A service exchange costs the same as the repair. |

Davlec offers a comprehensive repair service for all of our own manufactured items, with a standard turn around of 21 days. We repair our own items under a 12 month warranty, unless the item has been mistreated or suffered water damage. All repaired items are then covered by a further six months warranty period.
If you need a repair quickly, we will do our best to get it back to you within 7 days. However, we also offer a service exchange system for most of our manufactured items. To learn more about the service exchange system, please use the Service menu, or view our FAQ. |
