Davlec Ltd. undertakes a wide variety of sub-contract work.

P.C.B. Design

Pre-production prototypes.

P.T.H. – P.C.B. assembly and flow-soldering.

Single and double sided SMT, or mixed technology.

Cables, harnesses and looms.

Mechanical assembly.

Products can be fully tested to your specification.

Materials procurement.

We have an automatic production level surface mount placement machine, with a placement speed of 3600 CPH, capable of placing BGA, QFP, 0402, TSOP, SOIC to 0.5mm. We can create new job programmes from raw Gerber data using Windows based software. Surface mount PCB’s are reflowed using a four zone long wave infrared conveyor oven.

Davlec can also offer:

A manual placement facility for rapid production start up and manufacture of small batches or prototypes.

A dedicated test department.

A quality system which is designed to meet ISO 9000, or can be adapted to any customer specified requirements

Fully equipped anti-static production facility, including an anti-static floor and benches.

Knowledge and capabilities which range from the Dairy Industry to Metrology.

Our Production Manager Steve Ellis will liaise with you at all stages of the process. Our normal procedure is to manufacture a prototype board for your approval, to ensure that we have correctly interpreted your requirements. All manufactured items are 100% inspected, but we prefer to supply products that are fully tested to your specification. We are happy to construct test equipment if required.
